CANCELLATIONS: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit AKA “no show” leaves a hole in the esthetician/therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no show their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (of total service price) to the card on file. Please text/call us at 614-880-8222 to make changes. Do not use social media or email as it is not checked daily. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled (with a cancellation fee applied to the card on file, equal to 50% of the service total) OR you may choose to continue appointment with services modified to fit appointment time, thus lessening the effectiveness of your experience. Please note: You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment even if services are modifed due to lateness. We recommend calling or texting if you know you’re going to be late so we can let you know if you’re able to be seen.
